With this being a large production, a fundraising drive is needed to obtain all the necessary funds we require to present a quality production. Therefore, we are extending an opportunity for businesses and individuals to contribute to the production and become a sponsor or patron.

 

TITLE SPONSORSHIP

Title sponsorships are available to businesses or individuals who would like to contribute to the production by providing the necessary capital to cover the cost of individual needs such as venue cost, marketing or costumes.

 

Below is a breakdown production cost. These amounts are rounded, however, the totals do reflect what is normally paid for each item.

 

TOTAL PRODUCTION COST: $6,000

           

• Venue Cost / Rehearsal Space                 $1,500

• Stage Tech (Rental or Purchase)              $1,500

• Marketing                                                  $1,000

• Costumes & Props                                    $750

• Musicians                                                  $500

• Video Production (For DVD)                     $500

• Catering                                                    $250

 

 

For sponsoring the production, PAC Savannah will extend it's gratitude for your contribution amounts.

Purchase a sponsor ad to be included in our show program or to send a message to someone special that is a part of the show. With the inclusion of your name or logo, you will automatically be seen by thousands of people through print, and will be included in other marketing areas, which include Facebook, Twitter and our website. By purchasing an ad, you will be contributing to the success of this show and help us to continue this for years to come.
