Non-Profit Groups, Call for Special Pricing

 

When planning your event, if you choose our services, we ask that these items are kept in mind to insure a quality performance:

 

• Be sure that there is a safe and adequate space for the performer(s) to dance. This includes a floor or stage space that is free of broken glass, spilled liquids, or other hazardous objects. This also includes an environment that is free of harassment of a sexual nature or otherwise. If the performer(s) deem the environment unsafe for the above reasons, they may leave without rendering services. If any deposit is paid, the deposit is non-refundable.

 

• A sound system with CD playing capabilities, preferably in the same room in which the performance is to take place. The sound system should also include auxiliary inputs to accommodate an mp3 player or laptop computer. The sound system is an important part of the show and should be tested prior to the arrival of the performer(s).

 

• A dressing room/area that is in close proximity to the performance area.

 

• Make sure to communicate any special suggestions or requests prior to date of performance (for special choreography, please refer to pricing guide above). The performance has been carefully choreographed and it is difficult to make changes once the performance has begun.

 

We also ask that the following be privide.

• Water to be on hand for the performer(s) before and during performance.

• A snack or food tray of some kind (i.e.: fruit tray, finger sandwich tray, cheese & crackers, etc.)

 

If there is food at the event, please advise us if there will be a meal provided for the dancers or any cost of food at the event. This is important so that we can prepared in case we have to provide our own meals.
